Why make a Will?

Whether or not you choose to leave a gift to LEAP, it is important to make a Will to ensure your wishes are honoured. If you die without making a legal Will, the courts decide what happens to your estate.

Having a Will also makes life easier for those left behind and will help avoid misunderstandings.  If you have children you can safeguard their future by providing for them financially and, where necessary, you can appoint a legal guardian.

What's more, with professional help, you might be able to minimise the amount of inheritance tax payable on your estate while also helping charities like LEAP to ensure their vital work can continue in the future.
