LEAP (Local Employment Access Projects) is a London
based charity which exists to help people that are disadvantaged, develop the skills and motivation to supersede their circumstances and fulfil their potential.
We are a recognised leader in the development and delivery of innovative job-readiness programmes for unemployed people, combining attitudinal training with fundamental employability skills and long-term participant follow-up.
Many of the staff at LEAP were unemployed prior to working here, in fact many are former beneficiaries of the service, so there is a real commitment to seeing people transform their lives for the better beginning with securing sustainable employment. We have helped 4000 of some of the hardest-to-help people into employment and with the generosity of foundations, trusts, businesses and individuals, we will be around to help many many more.
